This is brilliant. Kudos to the guy who thought it up, since it’s all over the BBC that’s a hell of a lot of advertising for very little expenditure.
Quite simply, despite probably not picking the most suitable of places, Electronic Arts today took over a London petrol station, and allowed drivers to fill up with £40 worth of free fuel. This was part of a £20,000 giveaway to promote their new game Mercenaries 2:World In Flames, where fuel is the currency of choice.
It leaves me wondering though, was the angry local resident who refused to be named, really cross about the irresponsibility of the company for doing this, or cross with themselves for not getting out of bed and trundling off to fill up their own car before everyone got wind of it?

Why was a dog consulted? I think Prince Davis of Whingeshire missed the boat and is fuming. Well spotted and researched, Jo.
